    CHECK IN TIMES: In order to ensure a smooth check in process for incoming guests – we remind you that we need accurate times for check ins. Should guests fail to meet the check in time on this booking form, there may be a substantial wait until the next available check in slot becomes available (if this is possible on that date). Likewise, where we have multiple check in's at the same time, check in's will be serviced in the order we have received the 'Booking Form' as stated in our 'Terms of Service'.

    NOTICE PERIOD: A minimum 3 days notice is required for change over cleaning bookings. We cannot accept bookings with less than 3 days notice without prior agreement. Please see our 'Terms of Service' Section 11(A). 


    Section 1: About your Incoming Guests

    Please Note: If there has been a substantial gap between the departure of your last guests, the cleaning being completed and next guests’ arrival date, Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will not be responsible for any interior dust or external dirt and debris that many have accumulated during the ‘empty’ period. Should additional 'refresher cleaning' services (after last clean was completed) be requested prior to next guests’ arrival, these will be chargeable as a ‘standalone’ service. Please select below.



    GUEST CHECK IN SERVICES: 
    • We allow a generous 45 minute additional waiting time from the time of arrival you state below.
    • Guests should contact the property owner(s) directly and not Sun-Shine Cleaning Services with and questions or concerns during their stay.
    • Due to Data Protection, we will not take photograhs of guests passports / ID Cards, these should be collected by the host at time of booking.​

    Section 2: About your Departing Guests


    ​IMPORTANT: Guest check out's should be between 06.00hrs and 11.00hrs. Only in 'extreme circumstances' will check out's be available outside these hours. This is to allow for our team to commence full change over cleans at various locations and commence check in's for incoming guests. Please check prior to confirming with guests check out's requested after 11.00hrs which are subject to availability. 

    SAME DAY CHANGE OVERS: Where guests are allowed to depart after 11.00hrs, same day arrivals will not be considered.
    * PLEASE NOTE: Please state check out time even if no check out required; this will inform us of when we can access for cleaning or laundry collection.

    ​Please Note: If you have either a Silver or Gold Key Holding Package, your charges may differ from those detailed above due to contractual agreements.

     * BBQ CLEANING: The cleaning of BBQ’s will be charged at 30.00€.

    * BEDS TO MAKE UP: Our laundry charge is 
    3.00€ per person (or beds used. Unless advised otherwise, all beds will be made up in the property, should only specific beds need to be made, please mention in the notes section below. Any beds soiled with suitcases or used in any way, will attract a standard laundry charge detailed above - this also includes used towels.

    Section 3: About your next Guests (if known)
    Please Note: Should there be a substantial gap between the departure of the last guests and the arrival of your next guests’ arrival date, Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will not be responsible for any interior dust or external dirt and debris that many have accumulated during the ‘empty / unoccupied' period. If you require an additional 'refresher cleaning' services prior to next guests’ arrival, please tick the box below, this is a chargeable service.

    ​2 - CHECK IN ALLOCATION TIMES: We offer a 45-minute window for the check in from the time you stated on your booking form. Additional charges will apply after the 45-minute window has passed and only if we have the availability to wait longer. If we cannot wait longer due to other guests arriving elsewhere, an alternative check in time will be offered, which may be substantially later, and will attract additional charges. Where we have multiple check in's at the same time, these will be serviced in order we have received the booking form. Due to Data Protection, we will not take photographs of guests passports or ID cards, this imformation should be collected by the host at time of booking.


    3 - CHECK IN & CHECK OUT FEE'S: Charges are applied based upon the time of Check In and/or Check Out - please see Price List.

    4 - LAUNDRY AND LAUNDRY CHARGE: A charge of 3.00€ per person will be made for laundry and towel cleaning - please note if guests use additional beds during their stay, or sit dirty suitcases on the beds, these will be charged for. Clients are to ensure adequate  numbers of all bedding and towels are provided for the full change-over. Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will not be responsible in the event that inadequate numbers of bedding and towels are available for us to complete a full change-over service. 
    Please Note: additional charges will be made for the laundry of pillows, duvets and heavy bed throws. 22.00€ per double or king size duvet and heavy bed throws and 15.00€ per single duvet.

    ​​5 - AMENDMENT / CANCELLATION CHARGES: 'Cancellations / Amendments' will ONLY be accepted by using the correct form - please see: Cancellation / Amendment Form  and NOT by any others means. Please note - charges may apply depending upon time periods - see Amendments / Cancellation Charges.

    7 - ISSUES DURING RENTAL PERIOD: Customers should inform guests that should any issues / problems arise during their stay, guests should contact the owners directly and NOT Sun-Shine Cleaning Services. 

    ​8 - BEDDING AND TOWELS: 
    A full set of clean bedding and towels must be provided for this change over clean. The used / dirty set will be removed for cleaning and the 2nd clean set used for this change-over. If adequate clean bedding and towels are not provided, Sun-Shine Cleaning Service will NOT be held responsible for unmade beds and lack of towels for next guests. Change Over Laundry Cleaning does NOT include pillows or duvets - duvet cleaning is charged at 22.00€ per double or king size duvets and 15.00€ per single duvets (plus IVA). Our laundry charge is based on bedding used and 1 large bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 pool towel per guest - any additional towels will be chargeable. This is detailed in our Terms of Service (Section 11 E1)

    9 - WASTE REMOVAL & WASHING UP: Guests should be instructed they are responsible for the removal of all waste items from the property on departure date, this includes any inflatables which the guests purchased, should our cleaners have to remove any waste items, a 20.00€ charge per 100ltrs (or part of) will be added to your invoice . In addition, a surcharge of 20.00€ will also be added where our cleaners have to manually wash up any plates, pots and pans etc. left by the departing guests. Photographic evidence will be provided.

    10 - LUGGAGE / BAGGAGE: Unfortunately we cannot allow guests who arrive earlier than the booked 'check in time' to leave any luggage / baggage at the property prior to the official check in time. This is to ensure the security of our team members. 

    All prices detailed are subject to IVA at the current rate at the time of booking.

    END OF RENTAL CLEANING SERVICES: If end of rental cleaning services are requested, these will be completed in line with your instructions on your current booking form. Should there be a substantial gap between the departure of guests and next guests’ arrival date, Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will not be responsible for any interior dust or external dirt and debris that many have accumulated during the ‘empty’ period. Should additional 'refresher cleaning' services be requested prior to next guests’ arrival, these will be chargeable as a ‘standalone’ service.
