CHECK IN ALLOCATION TIMES:
We offer a 45-minute window for the check in from the time you stated on your booking form. Additional charges will apply after the 45-minute window has passed and only if we have the availability to wait longer.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT FEE'S:
Charges are applied based upon the time of Check In and/or Check Out - please see charges detailed below.
LAUNDRY AND LAUNDRY CHARGE:
A charge of 2.50€ per person will be made for laundry and towel cleaning - please note if guests use additional beds during their stay, or sit dirty suitcases on the beds, these will be charged for.
Clients are to ensure adequate numbers of all bedding and towels are provided for the full change-over. Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will not be responsible in the event that inadequate numbers of bedding and towels are available for us to complete a full change-over service.
