Our Key Holding and Property Management Services are second to none!
You will receive a comprehensive report each time we visit your property, this will be via a shared link which you can access 24 hours a day. The report contains information as detailed below along with photographs of the property each time we visit.

Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will also act as key holders and property managers on your behalf; we will be there to greet your guests, arrange and meet workmen or any trades who may need access to the property for servicing or repairs*.
We will also be the main emergency call out if required - we register with relevant authorities to be the 'first port of call' in the event of any potential emergencies.
In addition, We will visit the property on a fortnightly basis during the 'closed season' to clean any gardens, empty mail boxes, complete an inspection form ensuring everything is in top order

Will your keys be safe?
YES - 100% Safe! - We do not 'tag' keys with any details with the exception of a computer generated randomized number. Keys are stored securely in a secure bomb proof safe at all times.
What else is included?
We will also take meter readings and log the information onto our secure, password protected customer page - there you can access the information 24/7 along with property reports and photographs of your home; this gives you complete peace of mind your property is safe at all times! All for 5 euro's a week! Can you afford NOT to take this service up?
