How we care for your keys.
We never 'tag' keys with any details of your property, all keys are tagged with a computer generated randomized number. Keys are stored securely in an industry approved secure safe at all times as required by the local authorities. Keys are removed from our safe for the inspection only then returned that evening - they are never kept anywhere else overnight but in our safe.
What is included in the service?
This depends on what your requirements are; our four levels of service, Bronze, Silver, Gold and our unique 'Platinum' service are all detailed below, you decide what meets your needs the best!
During each inspection of your property, we will send you time stamped photographs from the visit, should there be anything we need to inform you off, we will naturally contact you immediately.
