    Guests should be advised we allow a generous 45-minute addition waiting time from the stated time of arrival. After 45 minutes have expired, we cannot guarantee our availability to check the guests in. See Terms of Service document for additional information.

    Clients are to ensure adequate  numbers of all bedding and towels are provided for the full change-over. Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will not be responsible in the event that inadequate numbers of bedding and towels are available for us to complete a full change-over service.
