We offer you the choice of 'Change-Over Cleaning Services' along with 'Daily Cleaning Services', should you wish to add any additional service please ask! Should guests require additional cleaning services during their stay, at least one guest must be present throughout the cleaning process.

* This list is non-exhaustive and common sense prevails.
* Waste Items - Guests should be instructed to ensure all waste bins are emptied and waste taken to bins. No waste should be left on the premises. If we are required to remove waste from the property, a charge will be made as detailed in our 'Terms of Service'.
* External cleaning (only if included within your Service Level Agreement) - will be completed at the time of clean, should there be a gap between guests departing, the cleaning being completed and the next guests arrival, we cannot be responsible for the cleanliness of the exterior areas.
* BBQ's - This cleaning service does not include the cleaning of BBQ's. If guests have used the BBQ and cleaning service is required, an additional charge of 30.00€ plus IVA will be made.

- Disinfect all door handles, wardrobes, and drawer handles and inside drawers.
- All hard surfaces to be cleaned with sanitising solutions.
- Fridges and freezers to be disinfected. (Only when empty)
- Shower and bath traps to be cleaned and disinfected – remove all hair.
- All remote controls, kettles, and other appliances to be disinfected.
- Attention to banister rails and other rails, disinfect all.
Kitchen
- Clean the refrigerator and freezer (inside and outside – top and sides – if possible, pull out and clean walls and floors).
- Clean the cooker hobs and oven – outside only.
- Clean extractor hood.
- Clean the microwave – inside and outside.
- Clean all appliances like dishwasher, washing machine etc.
- Clean and wash all tops and surfaces, sanitise where necessary.
- Clean and wash the sink and taps.
- Check and clean ceiling fans blades.
- Clean and wipe the doors, including tops and sides.
- Sweep / vacuum or mop the floor (if not carpeted).
- Clean inside all units and on top of all units.
- Clean all switches and sockets – dry wipe only.
- Check plates and cutlery are all clean.
- Remove any perishable foods and open drinks from refrigerator including water (unless otherwise advised).
- Remove all food items from freezer (unless otherwise advised).
Bathroom(s)
- Clean and disinfect toilet, inside and out, clean and disinfect toilet bowl inside and out.
- Clean and wash the bathtub, shower, and bidet. Check shower traps for cleanliness.
- Wash down the tiles.
- Clean mirrors and glasses items.
- Clean and wash all tops and surfaces – check inside cabinets and clean where required.
- Clean towel rack.
- Clean and wash the sink and pedestal.
- Vacuum / mop the floors and empty the bins.
- Clean and wipe the doors, including tops and sides.
- Clean all switches and sockets – dry wipe only.
Lounge / Living Room
- Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Clean all tables including legs and chairs.
- Move furniture to clean underneath and behind.
- Clean all soft furnishings.
- Vacuum sofas and tidy sofa cushions.
- Vacuum and wipe all skirtings.
- Clean radiators (if applicable).
- Clean picture frames and lamp shapes.
- Wipe down window ledges, window runners, frames, and glass where applicable.
- Vacuum and/or mop floors.
- Check and clean ceiling fan blades.
- Clean front door inside and out including frames and edges.
- Clean all switches and sockets – dry wipe only.
- Clean any patio areas.
Bedrooms
- Clean behind and underneath beds – move if possible.
- Clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers (inside and out).
- Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Clean all tops and surfaces.
- Clean all picture frames and lampshades.
- Wipe windowsills and ledges.
- Clean window runners, frames, and glass.
- Clean all bedside cabinet’s inside and out.
- Clean all headboards.
- Clean ceiling fans in possible.
- Clean front door inside and out including frames and edges.
- Vacuum and/or mop floors.
- Clean all switches and sockets – dry wipe only.
- Clean all skirtings.
Hallway and Stairs
- Clean skirting boards.
- Clean Handrails.
- Clean any mirrors.
- Dust picture frames and lampshades (damp wipe if accessible).
- Wipe window ledges.
- Clean all stairs.
