Important Notice: In order to ensure a smooth check in process for incoming guests – we remind you that we need accurate times for check ins. While we appreciate, there are flight delays and also potential traffic problems, if we have correct details we can track these for potential delays. Accurate check in times should be provided a minimum of 4 days prior to arrival otherwise amendment charges and / or, additional waiting time / revisit charges will apply as detailed in our ‘Terms of Service’

Section 1: About your Incoming Guests

GUEST CHECK IN SERVICES:
* We allow a generous 45 minute additional waiting time from the time of arrival you state below.
* Guests should contact the property owner(s) directly and not Sun-Shine Cleaning Services with and questions or concerns during their stay.

20:01 hrs - 23:00 hrs = 30.00€
23:01 hrs - 04:59 hrs = 40.00€

* Please Note: Providing a flight number allows us to track the flights progress and check for any potential delays.

Section 2: About your Departing Guests

* Please Note: Please state check out time even if no check out required; this will inform us of when we can access for cleaning.

20:01 hrs - 23:00 hrs = 30.00€
23:01 hrs - 04:59 hrs = 40.00€

Please Note: The number of bedrooms cleaned will be based on the choice made above; If more bedrooms are used by guests other than the requested number to be cleaned, additional charges will therefore apply.

Section 3: About your next Guests (if known)

* TERMS OF SERVICE: Please click HERE to open our Terms of Service document - (opens in new window)

* CHECK IN ALLOCATION TIMES: We offer a 45-minute window for the check in from the time you stated on your booking form. Additional charges will apply after the 45-minute window has passed and only if we have the availability to wait longer.

* CHECK IN & CHECK OUT FEE'S: Charges are applied based upon the time of Check In and/or Check Out - please see charges in Price List.

* LAUNDRY AND LAUNDRY CHARGE: A charge of 2.50€ per person will be made for laundry and towel cleaning - please note, if guests use additional beds during their stay, or sit dirty suitcases on the beds, these will be charged for. Clients are to ensure adequate numbers of all bedding and towels are provided for the full change-over. Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will not be responsible in the event that inadequate numbers of bedding and towels are available for us to complete a full change-over service.

* BBQ CLEANING: The cleaning of BBQ’s is not included with the scope of works for change over cleans. This service will be charged at 30.00€ plus IVA.

* CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS AND ASSOCIATED CHARGES: Amendments / Cancellations will not be accepted via WhatsApp or Email, only by using the correct form - please see AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS FORM - Charges may apply depending upon time frame - see Price List.

All prices detailed are subject to IVA at the current rate at the time of booking.
