A five-day notice is required for change-over bookings - we may be able to provide our services at shorter notice but this is not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Valencian Tax Authorities now insist we show your 'Rental Licence' Number on all Factura's - without a valid 'Rental Licence' we cannot issue a 'Factura' (invoice) or Payment Link. Please contact us if this is not available. You only need to issue this number ONCE to us - we can then add this onto your account details.

Clients are to ensure adequate numbers of all bedding and towels are provided for the full change-over. Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will not be responsible in the event that inadequate numbers of bedding and towels are available for us to complete a full change-over service. A laundry charge of 2.50 pp (or beds used) will apply.
