PLEASE NOTE: In line with our Terms of Service (Section 11(a), a minimum 3 days notice is required for all change over cleaning requests. If less than 3 days, please contact us first to check our availability.

ABOUT YOUR DEPARTING GUESTS

From the list below, please select your property - this is the cleaning charge applied plus 3.00€ per person laundry charge.

* BEDS TO MAKE UP: Our laundry charge is 3.00€ per guest. Unless advised otherwise at time of booking, all beds will be made up in the property and a laundry charge will be applied, should only specific beds need to be made up, please mention in the notes section below.

All prices quoted are subject to IVA at the current rate.

Fair Laundry Usage Policy: Our laundry charge is based on bedding used and 1 large bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 pool towel per guest - any additional bedding / Towels will be chargeable. This is detailed in our Terms of Service (Section 11-E1)

ABOUT YOUR NEXT GUESTS (IF KNOWN)

* Terms of Service: I have read, and agree, with Terms of Service and that I understand all cleans will attract a laundry charge of 3.00€ per person or/and beds used. Duvets, pillow and bed throws are not included in the charge. Duvet cleaning is charged at 22.00€ per double or king size and 15.00€ per single duvet. All prices shown are subject to IVA at the current rate.

* Requested Dates: I understand that If Sunshine Cleaning Services cannot provide the service on the requested date, the service will be completed prior to the arrival of the next guests as stated above.

* BBQ Cleaning: The cleaning of BBQ’s is not included with the scope of works for change over cleans. This service will be charged at 30.00€ plus IVA.

* Waste Items (Including inflatables): Guests should be reminded it is their responsibility to ensure all waste items, including inflatables, are removed from the property on departure day. If our Team Members have to remove waste, additional charges will apply. This is charged at 20.00€ per 100ltrs of waste or part of. Photographic evidence will be provided.

* Fair Laundry Usage Policy: Our laundry charge is based on bedding used and 1 large bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 pool towel per guest - any additional bedding or towels used will be chargeable. This is detailed in our Terms of Service (Section 11 E1):

* Pet Cleaning Services: Where pets have been present at the property, a cleaning surcharge will be made in accordance with our 'Terms of Service'.

All prices quoted above are Suject to IVA at the current rate.

* IMPORTANT - BEDDING AND TOWELS: I confirm that a full set of clean bedding and towels will be available for this change over clean. If adequate clean bedding and towels are not provided, Sun-Shine Cleaning Service will NOT be responsible for beds not being made of lack of towels for guests. In addition, you agree to our 'Fair Laundry Usage Policy' detailed above. *
