Sun-Shine Cleaning Services are well known as being specialists in holiday rental change over cleaning. We have the experience, knowledge and capacity to undertake numerous cleans, check in’s and check outs on the same day.
We provide all our clients with a specific booking form which is simple to complete, yet comprehensive enough to give us all the information we require for your incoming guests to ensure they have the simplest and easy check in into their spotlessly clean holiday accommodation along with a check out service!
Our team follow a very detailed ‘Scope of Work’ for all cleans to ensure nothing is missed, once the clean is completed, a sign off sheet is completed and photographs of the completed clean are taken.

'Meet and Greet' and 'Guest Check Out’s': Clients with a 'Key Holding Package' may have some discounts applied but for those without a key holding agreement, please see our Price List for charges.
Guest Check In's: We allow a generous 45 minute additional waiting time from the 'Guest Arrival Time' and ‘Check-Out Times’ issued to us on your booking form.
Pets: Additional cleaning fee's may apply for end of rentals cleans where the guests have been accompanied by a pet(s).
Laundry Service: All properties must provide a minimum of 2 full changes of bedding and towels - An 'A' set, and 'B' set as a minimum requirement. For example: 'A' set has been used by current guests, this set will be removed for laundry and 'B' set used in readiness for your next guest’s arrival, The 'A' set that has been laundered will be ready for the next change-over when ‘B’ set is then taken for cleaning. Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will take no responsibility for any situations which may arise where inadequate numbers of bedding and/or towels are available at time of change-over cleaning. Please see our 'Fair Usage Policy' in our 'Terms of Service'. See 'Price List' for laundry charges. A small charge of 2.50€ per guest (or bed´s used) is made for our laundry service
Cleaning Completion Forms: All staff complete and end of clean ‘Cleaning Completion Form’ confirming all items of the ‘Scope of Works’ have been completed in full.
* Laundry services subject to 'Fair Usage Policy' and based on one full set of bedding per guest (either double or single), 2 towels pp, 1 beach towel pp and all kitchen towels) - See Terms of Service Section 11E & 11E-1(opens new window) for full details.
