Sun-Shine Cleaning Services are specialist in 'Holiday Rentals Change-Over cleaning services, we also provide a 'Meet and Greet' service as well as a 'Guest Check Out' service, each is charged at 30.00€ during the hours of 6.00am to 8.00pm and 40.00€ outside of these hours. We can even provide airport transfers from Alicante or Murcia airports!
We provide a 'pre-rental', 'after rental' change-over cleaning package or, if required, an 'in rental' cleans for longer term guests.
Prices for our 'Change-Over Cleaning Services' include all bedding and towels laundered at no additional cost to you!
We have the capacity and capability to provide multiple change-overs per day at numerous locations.
All staff complete an end of clean checklist matched to our ‘Scope of Works’ document to ensure nothing is missed!
Booking a 'Change-Over' clean could not be easier! We provide all clients with a bespoke online booking link, this is a simple and easy to use system, once completed press ‘Submit you Booking’, our systems will automatically enter the booking into our calendar and notify you the booking is confirmed! Laundry charges include all bedding, all towels (based on 2 towels per person plus 1 beach towel and kitchen towels.
'Meet and Greet' and 'Guest Check Out’s': Clients with a 'Key Holding Package' may have some discounts applied but for those without a key holding agreement, our 'Meet and Greet' and Guest Check Out charges are detailed below.
Guest Check In and/or Check Out charges are as follows;
Standard Hours: Between 06.00 - 20.00 = 30.00€
Evening Hours : Between 20.01 - 23.59 = 40.00€
Night Hours: Between 24.00 - 05.59 = 50.00€
We allow a generous 45 minute additional waiting time from the 'Guest Arrival Time' and ‘Check-Out Times’ issued to us on your booking form, after that time period has expired, an additional charge of 20.00€ per hour (or part of) plus IVA will be levied and only if we have the time availability to wait the addition time.
Pets: In some cases, additional cleaning fee's may apply for end of rentals cleans where the guests have been accompanied by a pet(s).
Laundry Service: All properties must provide a minimum of 2 full changes of bedding and towels - An 'A' set, and 'B' set as a minimum requirement. For example: 'A' set has been used by current guests, this set will be removed for laundry and 'B' set used in readiness for your next guest’s arrival, The 'A' set that has been laundered will be ready for the next change-over when ‘B’ set is then taken for cleaning. Sun-Shine Cleaning Services will take no responsibility for any situations which may arise where inadequate numbers of bedding and/or towels are available at time of change-over cleaning. Please see our 'Fair Usage Policy' in our 'Terms of Service'.

- Clean the refrigerator and freezer (inside and outside – top and sides – if possible, pull out and clean walls and floors).
- Clean the cooker hobs and oven – inside and outside.
- Clean extractor hood.
- Clean the microwave – inside and outside.
- Clean all appliances like dishwasher, washing machine etc.
- Clean and wash all tops and surfaces, sanitise where necessary.
- Clean and wash the sink, shine taps and clean tiles.
- Clean and wipe the doors, including tops and sides.
- Sweep / vacuum or mop the floor (if not carpeted).
- Clean inside all units and on top of all units.
- Clean all switches and sockets – dry wipe only.
- Check plates and cutlery are all clean.
- Remove any perishable foods and open drinks (including water).
Bathroom(s)
- Clean and disinfect toilet, inside and out, clean and disinfect toilet bowl inside and out
- Clean and wash the bathtub, shower, and bidet.
- Wash down the tiles.
- Clean mirrors and glasses items.
- Clean and wash all tops and surfaces – check inside cabinets and clean where required.
- Clean towel rack.
- Clean and wash the sink and pedestal.
- Vacuum / mop the floors and empty the bins.
- Clean and wipe the doors, including tops and sides.
- Clean all switches and sockets – dry wipe only.
Lounge / Living Room
- Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Clean all tables including legs and chairs.
- Move furniture to clean underneath and behind.
- Clean all soft furnishings.
- Vacuum sofas and tidy sofa cushions.
- Vacuum and wipe all skirtings.
- Clean radiators (if applicable).
- Clean picture frames and lamp shapes.
- Clean curtain poles / rails.
- Wipe down window ledges, window runners, frames, and glass where applicable.
- Empty bins.
- Vacuum and/or mop floors.
- Clean front door inside and out including frames and edges.
- Clean all switches and sockets – dry wipe only.
- Clean any patio areas
Bedrooms
- Clean behind and underneath beds – move if possible.
- Clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers (inside and out).
- Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Clean all tops and surfaces.
- Clean all picture frames and lampshades.
- Wipe windowsills and ledges.
- Clean window runners, frames, and glass.
- Clean all bedside cabinet’s inside and out
- Clean all headboards.
- Clean ceiling fans in possible.
- Clean front door inside and out including frames and edges.
- Vacuum and/or mop floors.
- Clean all switches and sockets – dry wipe only.
- Clean all skirtings.
- Empty all bins.
- Clean any patio areas.
Hallway and Stairs
- Clean skirting boards.
- Clean Handrails.
- Dust picture frames and lampshades (damp wipe if accessible).
- Wipe window ledges.
- Clean all stairs
